Rockingham, Western Australia is having a local film Festival in which they have six different categories to compete in and I’ve been thinking of sending my entries in that. One thing led to another and I decided to make a video about KD Cycles’s bike riding club. We ride bicycles every Saturday morning at 6:30 AM and travel from Rockingham foreshore to Secret harbor and do about 30 km is in that ride. We usually have between 4 to 12 people riding every Saturday. There are a lot of female riders in our group and 5 of them are training to compete in the Raafa Women’s. 100 event on 18th Sept.
I thought this was a great opportunity to feature their efforts and also make it about Rockingham. Last Sunday, we shot the video with the riders around Rockingham. Here are some shots from the shoot.
