In the last 3 years, I have shot more than 100 properties in Kwinana, Rockingham, and Mandurah areas. Funny enough I kept a list of all the properties I shot and then compiled a map out of that. You can zoom in and see each and every one of those properties. Latest video production for a property listing in Madora Bay, Perth. The video includes 70% hero shots starting with the chase cam of the car approaching the property. The property was so big that I had to use a fluid video style to cover most of it in the given time. It was also a complicated shoot as the property was on a sandhill facing the sunset. All the great shots were in the background to the drone had to be flown in a clever way. My favorite shot is of course is the end shot of the drone flying away from the spa and onto the sunset.

Real Estate Listing Video – 5 Diadem Place, Madora Bay
There are visible factors that you see in the video. What you don’t see is the effort and collaboration that I put into the production with the Real Estate Agent talking on the camera. The blocking of the shots, working on the script to get best results on camera, and retakes upon retakes until we get the perfect shot.
Real Estate Video Production can be done by anyone and is not particularly hard. But to master it and do it tastefully, it needs confidence and trust upon all parties involved. I know that I bring that sincerity and experience on the table.
Property Listing Video Production Mandurah
This is the video I shot for the property listing of 60 Watson Road Barragup. I provide video production services for real estate agents and property listing agencies. The videos that I shoot mix various techniques to enhance the video’s look. This includes the use of nice music, use of gimbal stabilizers, time-lapses, and drone flying.
But perhaps the most important fact is that I deliver the video within a week of the shoot and delivery on time is extremely important in real estate. This property was massive with its own lake and you will see in the video that it brings all of the elements of the property together in one unified video.
Property Video Services – Rockingham Baldivis
Latest Property Video that I created with Tony Ansara for LJ Hooker Rockingham. This house at 38 San Javier Circle, Secret Harbor was majestic and needed a different touch for video production. Tony and I had visited this property in advance to plan our video and thus it was more structured.
My favorite from the video is the opening drone shot and the script parts. Tony was exceptionally well with his takes. I wish I could’ve done a timelapse video but well. This landmark residence, built by Grandwood is spectacular and boasts an impressive 588sqm of total floor area and was built as Peelathon.

Perth Real Estate Photography Video Demo. I provide Real Estate Photography & Video Services in the Rockingham and Kwinana areas of Perth city. This is a short demo video of what can be achieved with Visual Effects for a property on sale just using the photographs of the property.
I did take the photos of the property and then I created a slideshow in After Effects. I got the textual content from the real estate agent which included the features, pricing, and social media links that he wanted to be a part of the video. Here is the result. Hello! I’m Bobby and on this page I will like to talk about how I do Real Estate Photography. I will be honest. Property photography is the easiest photography there is but people still muck it up. Many a times I have seen photographs where the camera isn’t even white balanced properly.
You might think that its not important but the photographs of a house are the foot in for a potential sale. I do not alter my photos in photoshop. What you see is what reality is but I make sure that take the best shots in the best light.
So far I have done 95+ property shoots in Kwinana Rockingham area.
