I just did the studio photography of a range of mining equipment for IBT Mining during a studio shoot here in Perth, and it turned into one of those sessions that’s both productive and genuinely enjoyable.
Glenn Bennett from IBT Mining was on set for the shoot, and the whole experience had a great energy to it. We spent time talking through the equipment, its purpose in real-world mining environments, and what details mattered most to highlight. Between setups, we hung out, shared a few laughs, and collaborated closely to make sure every shot felt intentional and accurate to the brand.
The goal with this shoot wasn’t just to document the equipment, but to create clean, professional commercial imagery that reflects IBT Mining’s standards and expertise. Studio lighting helped bring out subtle details that are often missed on-site, while still keeping the images authentic and industry-focused. Of-course the studio had white backdrop, but still the images will need to be fixed in Photoshop. I will post them here soon.
Gotta say that Studio18 in Rockingham is also a surprise find as this is a very well setup place for large product items.
